"Museum Compass" publication series

Until 2013 ten publications will appear - research reports and methodological studies. In 2009 3 publications came out already:

The 4th one titled "Knowledge and Adventure - Museum professionals serving the public education" is in preparation.

"MuseumSchool" publication series

We make learning material to all of the ten training courses, and we provide them free of charge to our students. In 2009 completed:

• Edutainment - project methodology in museum pedagogy
• Partnership between schools and museums
• Training of trainers for teachers - role of museums in school curriculum
• How to cope with handicapped in the museum?
• School-friendly museum environment

Library

We develop a professional library containing home and foreign literature (theoretical and practical works, periodicals) on vocational training, and our own publications.

Conferences and events

In cooperation with museum coordinators we organised several meetings between teachers and museum professionals. The most important events in 2009:
